實驗室簡介

艾浩爾工業(yè)微生物檢測中心，是我公司為防霉抗菌研究配備的專業(yè)技術(shù)實驗室，承擔著技術(shù)服務(wù)與產(chǎn)品開發(fā)任務(wù)。目前實驗室設(shè)備先進，擁有2臺顯微鏡，1臺離心機，2臺恒溫恒濕培養(yǎng)箱，1臺振蕩培養(yǎng)箱，1臺分光光度計。實驗室現(xiàn)有儀器設(shè)備總價值 100萬元。本實驗室是國內(nèi)各類材料與制品，微生物危害控制和防霉抗菌新技術(shù)產(chǎn)品的重要研發(fā)基地，獲多項國家專利，率頭并參與抗菌、防霉國家行業(yè)標準的制定，并獲得廣東省教育部“產(chǎn)學研”專項基金資助。同時也是廣州微生物研究所協(xié)作實驗室，參與多項重大科研項目。在實驗室，我們?yōu)榭蛻粼u估材料發(fā)霉的風險，微生物的鑒定，微生物的定向分析等，使客戶了解自己的產(chǎn)品霉變的原因以及產(chǎn)品的發(fā)霉的風險，根據(jù)自身的情況量身制定一套完整的防霉方案，同時還可以為客戶員工進行防霉培訓(xùn)，真正保護客戶和客戶的產(chǎn)品。

iHeir Microbiological Experimental Center

iHeir Microbiological Experimental Center is our company’s professional technical laboratory for anti-mildew and antibacterial research,which undertakes the task of technical service and product development. Now our laboratory has advanced equipment, including two microscopes,a centrifuge,an incubator of constant temperature and humidity, an oscillating incubator, and a spectrophotometer, and the total price of the equipment is 1 million yuan.Our laboratory is an important R & D base for all kinds of domestic materials and products,microbiological hazard control and antifungal technical products, which has received many national patents.led and participated in the formulation of the national standars for antibacterial and mildew resistance,and received the Funding of Production,Learning and Research from the Department of Education of Guangdong Province. Also, it is the collaborating laboratory of the Guangzhou Institute of Microbiology,which takes part in many major research projects.In the laboratory,we evaluate the products’ mildew risk,make identification of the microbes,and do the microbes, orientation analysis for clients,so that they can understand the reason for products being mildewed and the mildew risks,in order to make a complete set of mould-proof solutions according to their situation.At the same time,we can provide anti-mildew training for clients and employees,in order to do actual protection for clients and products.
